Candlelight Full Moon Sound Bath

The room is lit by candlelight alone as more than twenty-five singing bowls and a gong build layer upon layer of resonance around a circle of mats. You are welcome to lie back or sit, wrapped and unhurried; loose, warm clothing and a blanket or shawl are all you need to bring. On the night of the full moon the energy is naturally at its most alive, and the evening is shaped to meet it, offering a shared, quiet unwinding for anyone new to sound baths or returning to a familiar practice. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in before the bowls begin.
